I didn't receive my bag and I didn't receive a confirmation of the shipment. I want my money back.

When you go to the product page of each and everyone of our products, you can clearly see the following information being written in the product description next to the product itself: 'Shipping may take on average 2 to 4 weeks depending on your country. Please read our shipping information here'
Moreover, this statement is accompanied by a hyperlink which leads directly to our more detailed shipping page you can find here: https://bambushi.ca/pages/shipping
As you can see, in the case of your country of destination it is stated that the average shipping time is the following: 20-28 business days. It also tells you that this is only an average.
In sum, you have the average shipping times available on the product page itself, on the shipping page it leads to and we have even included our shipping information under our Main Menu on our website under Shipping and on the footer of our website under Shipping.
